Patricia L Lewis has played an extensive role in shaping the workforce at Lockheed Martin, the defense contracting giant. As the Senior VP HR, she has engaged in various areas of HR, including policy and strategic design. Previously, she spent over a decade each at IBM Corporation and at DuPont, where she designed the entire life cycle experience for employees around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations Management from the University of Bridgeport.
