Andrew Scoggin comes with a strong background in human resources as well as labor negotiations, Taft-Hartley fund administration, administrative agency interaction, union contract administration, and related matters. In a 13-plus-year career with Albertson’s LLC, he has moved up from Senior VP, HR & Labor Relations to his current role of Executive VP, HR, Labor Relations, Public Affairs & Government Affairs. He has served on the board of trustees on a number of Taft-Hartley trust funds over the last decade and has testified before Congress on pension reform. He received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School of Law.
