Dawn Rogers is passionate about two things – people, and healthcare. This makes her proud to work as the CHRO at Pfizer, due to its profound impact on patient health. She finds inspiration in breakthroughs that change the lives of patients and in the unwavering commitment of her colleagues to achieving this goal. She is currently driving the adoption of Courage, Excellence, Joy, and Equity as the new Values at Pfizer, and has worked with the company for over 20 years. She holds an MA in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Psychology from Moravian College.
