Jayne Parker is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Disney. Jayne Parker has changed the function, culture, and impact of HR across The Walt Disney Company to support its business goals and strategies as well as the needs and aspirations of its 195,000 employees around the world. Her efforts have led to streamlined and technology-driven talent acquisition; diversity and inclusion; and other improved practices. She received the Linkage Executive Advocate for Women in Leadership Award in 2015 for her efforts to support and advance women leaders at Disney, leading to a global workforce of over 50% women.
Prior to working with Disney, Jayne used to work at Wilson Learning Corporation in the position of consultant where she was instrumental in designing and development of management development seminars and media-based programs for education and evaluation. The International Television & Video Association had awarded her products at first and second ranks.
