An unending zeal to redefine communication roots John Murabito’s 35 years of extensive association with Cigna’. For over a decade John served as a connection between business strategy and human resource functions. His tenacity fostered unmatched excellence in talent management and succession processes.  Murabito also oversees the Cigna Foundation. Alumni of Augustana College, he also serves there as Chair of the Board of Trustees and serves on the board of Human Resource Policy Association and American Health Policy Institute.

As the leader of the HR and services organization at Cigna, John Murabito helps to drive growth by creating a clear linkage between the business strategy of the enterprise and effective HR and people strategies, talent management, and succession processes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in Illinois, where he also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees. He received his master’s degree from the University of Iowa.
