Responsible for leading global HR strategy and programs for 110,000 employees in more than 70 countries, Mark James was named ‘HR Executive of the Year’ by HR Magazine in 2013. A two-decade veteran at Honeywell, he has previously served as the Director of Human Resources for Federal Manufacturing & Technologies here and also worked at Iomega, AT&T, and Lockheed Martin. He is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional, and certified Six Sigma Leadership Black Belt. He has a master’s degree from the University of Utah in Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, and a business administration degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from Utah State University.
