Jennifer L Weber holds responsibility for the global HR strategy practices and operations that seek to attract, motivate, develop and retain outstanding associates. Along with this, she oversees Lowe's public relations, corporate communications, community relations, and events planning and execution. Her over 25 years of experience span human resources strategy, compensation and benefits, leadership development, strategic communications, and change management. She is the president and chair of Lowe's Charitable and Educational Foundation and serves on the board of the Institute for Emerging Issues. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications and marketing from Miami University and a master's degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
