Amy Best believes that the coming together of different perspectives, backgrounds and traits makes for a brighter future for the company. She works to develop and implement strategic plans and programs focused on the advancement of employee benefits, total compensation program alignment and the integration of diversity, talent management, and succession processes.

Her efforts have seen Exelon being recognized externally for its commitment to Pay Equality and Birth and Adoption leave policies, among other human capital awards. She is on the board of trustees of The Field Museum and the boards of directors for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, among others.
