Sheri is the global human resources executive for Bank of America and a member of the company’s executive management team. In this role, Sheri leads a global team of human resources professionals responsible for major Human Resources activities for employees in over 35 countries. Sheri joined Bank of America in the year 2000 and has served as a member for the Bank of America’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council. She is also a member of the Robert Toigo Foundation.

Sheri B Bronstein drives the efforts of Bank of America to be a great place to work for all employees through recognizing and rewarding performance, creating opportunities to develop and grow, and being an inclusive workplace for employees around the world. She is a member of the CHRO Global Leadership Board, which influences and advances HR strategy and the HR community.
