A near-30-year veteran of a variety of aspects of HR work, William JT Strahan currently leads the HR function at Comcast Cable. Talent, compensation, benefits, learning, employee, labor relations, and other aspects of HR fall under his purview. He also serves as chair of the board of Philadelphia Works, an organization connecting employers to a skilled workforce. He is an Active Member of the Virginia State Bar. He holds a BA in Religion from Villanova University, a Certificate in Employee Benefit Administration from Georgetown University, and a Juris Doctorate from the George Mason University School of Law.
