Darrell L. Ford serves as the chief human resources officer at DuPont de Nemours. For much of his career, Darrell L Ford has focused on building successful company cultures, going far beyond the nuts-and-bolts systems and processes typical of the HR function. He believes talent creates value and looks to put in place a high-performing culture with operational excellence in HR. He was elected into the Executive Leadership Council and recognized by Black Enterprise as one of the Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Management; a Juris-doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law; and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University.
