Annette R Martinez is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and she works hard to ensure that each person feels comfortable and free to bring their authentic self to work every day. A firm believer in recognizing, valuing, and celebrating the unique perspectives and experiences of each person, she has worked at State Farm for over three decades. She looks into human resources, diversity & inclusion, philanthropy, public affairs, learning & development, and enterprise change management. She is also a prior chair for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival Society Board of Directors, and she was a panel member for the 2009 United States Hispanic Leadership Institute conference.
