Spearheading the cloud transformation of Oracle HR, Joyce Westerdahl seeks to enable business leaders as well as over 135,000 employees to achieve the company mission of becoming the top cloud company in the world. Continuously implementing progressive HR modernization initiatives, her achievements include converting HR management from manual processing to a web-based, self-service model; from multiple to a single HRIS instance; and better development of the talent pool by leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud technology.
For over 15 years, she has mentored young women and contributes her time to helping students gain industry-relevant skills before they enter the workforce through Oracle Academy and the Oracle Education Foundation.
