From joining Mass Mutual as an actuarial student and service center representative, the past 25 years have seen Susan Cicco move to lead global HR strategy and communications for the company. She mentors her team in strategic communications, with the aim to establish standardized structures for transparent and efficient internal communications, media relations, and executive communications. She is known to have a future-forward attitude and as a thought leader in finance. She has a BS in business administration with a concentration in actuarial mathematics, from Bryant University.
